経営者の仕事

強い経営者は、社員とその家族、そして社外社員（下請け・協力会社の社員）を第一に考える人が多い。

経営者は、近くの5人の人々の永遠の幸せを実現すべき。

その5人とは、「社員とその家族」「社外社員とその家族」「現在顧客と未来顧客」「地域住民、とりわけ高齢者や障害者」「株主・出資者・関係機関」

誤解を恐れずに言えば、経営者は顧客すら見なくてもいいのかも知れない。顧客を第一に考えるのは社員の仕事。社員が顧客のことを第一に考える環境を作ることこそ、経営者のすべき仕事ではないか。
