家庭内IRの重要性

企業価値は高めるためには、企業が生み出す将来のFCF（フリー
キャッシュフロー）を高めること、そして資本コストを下げる必要が
あります。

実は、企業のIR（Investor Relations）担当部署のミッションは
資本コストを下げることにあります。それでは、資本コストを下げる
にはどうしたらいいのか？

それは投資家のリスク認識を下げることです。それでは、投資家の
リスク認識を下げるためには、どうしたらいいのか？それには適切
な企業情報を適切なタイミングで開示するということが大切なので
す。よく知っている企業に対しては、投資家はリスクを感じなくな
るからです。

ということで、私が将来生み出すFCFの大幅な増加が見込めない場
合、私の価値を高めるにはどうしたらいいのか。それは、資本コス
トを下げるということです。つまり、私にとっての最も大切な投資
家である妻の私に対するリスク認識を下げる必要があるのです。

ということで、私は常に適切なタイミングで、適切な自分に関する
情報をパートナーに開示すべく日夜頑張っているのです（笑）

ところがやみくもにIR活動を行ってはいけません。大切なことは、
パートナーが債権者タイプなのか、株主タイプなのかを見極めるこ
となんです。この話については次回に続きます。
