IRへの効果的な質問

企業のIR（＝Investor Relations）部門の役割は、投資家（＝株主
＋債権者）のリスク認識を下げることによって、資本コストを下げ
ることにあります。

最近では、企業によって濃淡はありますが、一介の個人投資家の質問

こんな質問です。

「御社の投資判断基準について差し支えない範囲で教えてください」

答える内容は各社各様ですが、この質問に対する反応で企業価値向上
に本当に取り組もうとしているかが分かってしまいます。

確固とした投資判断基準がなかったり、合理性に欠けているとした
ら、いくら「我が社は設備投資や成長分野に投資して企業価値を高
めます」と言ったところで信じられなくなりますよね。
