名目金利と実質金利（再び）

名目金利とは、日頃私たちが使っている金利のこと。実質金利とは
物価の上昇率を加味した実際の金利でした。

実質金利と名目金利の関係式は、

実質金利＝名目金利－期待インフレ率

でした。でも、これは簡易版です。

ファイナンスを勉強している我々は、次のような関係式の存在を覚
えておきましょう。

1+名目金利 = (1+実質金利)(1+期待インフレ率)

例えば、定期預金金利が1％で期待インフレ率が▲2％の場合、実質
金利を計算する場合は

1＋1％＝ (1+実質金利)(1＋（－2％))となりますから、実質金利は
3.06％(＝1.01/0.98－1)になります。

簡易版を使っても実質金利は3％（＝1％－(－2％))となり、あんま
り変わらないんです。

でも、私たちの場合、自分で計算するんでなく、EXCELに計算して
もらうわけですから、難しい方の計算式があることを覚えておきま
しょう。
