回転寿司屋の売り物とは何か

最近、家の近くの回転寿司屋がリニューアルオープンしました。
新しいこともあって、結構繁盛しているようです。

繁盛している回転寿司は、誰でも食べる売れ筋がおいしいから、
衝動的に来店してしまうといいます。誰もが一番食べるものって何で
しょうか。それは、しょうゆとしゃり、そしてわさびです。

その中でも重要なものは「しょうゆ」らしいですね。安い回転寿司
にくるお客様は、ネタを食べにくるのではなく、「しょうゆを飲み
に来ている」というのが業界の定説のようです。

考えてみれば、回転寿司のしょうゆって薄いですね。塩分が少なめ
かも知れません。思わずドボッとつけてしまう。だから、回転寿司
屋は「しょうゆ」の商品開発に力を入れている。

これは、焼肉屋のタレにも言えることかも知れませんね。
