プライシングの重要性

私たちは、やもすると、利益改善の打ち手として、すぐに固定費削減を

思い浮かべます。ところが固定費の削減は利益の改善にはつながりにくいのです。

下のスライド（クリックすると拡大）は、2003年度における東証一部上場企業の

損益構造の平均値に基づくシミュレーション結果です。

価格を1％改善すると、営業利益は23.2％も向上することがわかります。

一方で、固定費1％の改善は、営業利益5.9％の改善にしかつながりません。

このことから、プライシング（値付け）の重要性がおわかりいただけると思います。

ということで、今日は午後から、クライアント先でプライシングポリシーの策定に

関して打ち合わせです。
