インプットとアウトプット

仕事の生産性という観点から言えば、できるだけ少ないインプットで

最大のアウトプットをあげるべきということになるのだろう。

ただ、私たちが忘れていけないのは、インプットとアウトプット、

そしてその間を結ぶ私たちの情報処理能力とのバランスだ。

最大のアウトプットを出すには、やはりインプットが多くなくては

ならない。ただし、多ければ多いほどいいというわけではない。

自分の処理能力がボトルネックになってはしょうがない。

私たちは、このことを考えずに、むやみに情報を取り入れようとしては

いないだろうか。

反対に、自分の処理能力を上げてもインプットが少なくては、今度は

インプット量の少なさがボトルネックになってしまう。

そう考えるとアウトプットを横目でみながら、自分の処理能力の向上と

インプット量とのバランスを考える必要があるということだ。
