生産性とは

生産性とは、産出に対する投入の割合と言えます。生産性の算式は、
分母にINPUT（投入高）、そして分子にOUTPUT（産出高）をもって
きます。

生産性をあげる方法は二つあります。ひとつは、分子のOUTPUTを増
やすこと、もうひとつは分母のINPUTを減らすこと。ところがこれ
は静態的な（≒教科書的な）物事のとらえ方です。

実際は、INPUTを減らせば、えてしてOUTPUTも減ります。生産性は
かえって低下してしまうのです。実は、INPUTを増やさなければ、
OUTPUTなど増えるものではありません。

分母を動かせば、分子も動くのです。このように、経営は動態的
に物事をとらえる必要があるのです。
