住友商、国際会計基準に

本日の日経新聞朝刊によると、住友商事は2011年3月期の有価証券報告書から
IFRS（国際財務報告基準、国際会計基準）を任意適用するとのことです。IFRS
の任意適用を行うのは日本電波工業に続き2社目。

そもそもIFRS適用のロードマップはどのようになっているのでしょうか。2010
年3月期が「任意適用の開始時期」となっています。強制適用の是非決定時期
が2012年。強制適用する場合のスケジュールは、少なくとも3年の準備が必要
とされていて、そう考えると早ければ2015年から強制適用となるんですね。も
ちろん、適用対象会社は上場会社です。
